Obituary for Beatrice Mary McFarlane
McFarlane, Beatrice – 1922 – 2016 Formerly of Melrose and long time employee of the Ontario School for the Deaf, now the Sir James Whitney School. Passed away peacefully at Hastings Manor, Belleville In her 95th year on Thursday October 6th, 2016. Predeceased by her parents George and Mary (Nee McMechan) McFarlane of Melrose. Survived by sister-in-law Marjorie McFarlane, predeceased by (Don). Also, predeceased by brother Jack McFarlane (Jean), by nieces Gloria McFarlane and Janice Callahan, and by great-nephew Sean Callahan. Lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews Joyce & Carol. Mary-Anne, Bill, Betty-Lou, Don, Bob, Trudy and John; and her many great nieces and nephews.
Arrangements entrusted to the John R Bush Funeral Home, 80 Highland Ave. Belleville (613-968-5588)
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday October 12th, 2016 at the Melrose United Church at 12:00 p.m. with visitation 1 hour prior ( 11a.m.-12p.m.). On line donations can be made out to Canadian Cancer Society, Canadian Diabetes or to the Melrose United Church. Online condolences can be made at at www.rushnellfamilyservices.com
